Andy has been involved in the transfer of assets on both the buyer and seller sides in the Permian Basin since 2006. He started his career as a petroleum landman developing a working knowledge of property records and land management. His experience with negotiating oil and gas leases relating to mineral rights and landownership will prove especially useful in West Texas real estate. Since joining thisRealty in 2020, he has worked for clients representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers.
Andy was born and raised in Midland where he now resides with his wife, Kali, and their two children. As an active member of the community, he's involved with the youth group at Stonegate Fellowship and volunteers regularly in various community service events put on by the church.

Dub House is a Midland native with over 20 years of real estate experience. He enjoys working with the agents to help them enhance their experience and client base as thisRealty grows.
He began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser, earned his MAI as a member of the Appraisal Institute, and completed his Texas State General Certification by completing annual continuing education requirements. Dub refocused his real estate career in the early 1990s, focusing on Development and Brokerage. He successfully completed the educational requirements for the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute.
